Body:
ZL16 zinc alloy die casting for Models 0M0, 01, 02, 03 and 05,
Models 07 to 60 use die or sand cast aluminum alloy.

Valve and Outlet Shaft:
Model 0M0, 01, 02, 03 and 05 in stainless steel,
Models 07 to 60 in SG cast iron with zinc coating.

Shaft Bushing:
PTFE bronze coating for high strength.

Sealing Elements:
Molded polyurethane is used.
Special sealing seals for different temperature ranges are optional; please contact for detailed information.

Felt Tensioner:
Made of stainless spring steel.

Couplings:
Supplied with zinc plating on weldable low carbon steel.

Operating Temperature Range:

  • Standard: -40°C to +80°C

  • High temperature type: -20°C to +100°C (special seals used)

  • Low temperature type: -54°C to +60°C (special seals used)

Operating Pressure:

  • Recommended maximum operating pressure: 100 psi (7 bar)
  • Maximum withstand pressure: 150 psi (10 bar).

Applıcatıons

Used in the operation or positioning of ball valves, butterfly valves and control valves, ventilation dampers and automatic doors. Uses also include the movement and positioning of components during production – in fact any application where a rotary movement of 90 degrees or less, automatic or remote, is desired.
